I live on Vancouver Island with my husband of 36 years, Gerry. We moved here just a few years ago from Ontario to get away from the harsh winters. I have three great children, Janette, Dale & Scott, and six wonderful grandchildren, Shawn, Shannon, Ryan, Jared, Nicole & Natalie.
I was District Manager for Health & Welfare Canada for many years. I also successfully represented injured workers at their WSIB Tribunal Hearings. I graduated in Business Management and I have my degree in Nutrition and was self-employed as a Nutritional Consultant and a Master Herbalist. I now spend my days working as a Business and Health Coach and operating my own internet marketing company.
I have experience as a trainer and have conducted seminars. Most of the training I conducted dealt with interviewing and interacting with people. I have also had experience as a University lecturer in Government programs, such as the Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security and the Family Allowance.
I have always enjoyed the theatre and as a young girl living in Vancouver I had a little acting career going. I was in a few CBC productions and also did some stage work. I was really getting into this when the wanderlust hit me and I went travelling to South America. I lived in Guyana for about a year and then travelled by Banana Boat (yes…a real Banana Boat) from Barbados to Barry, South Wales (my home town). I used to watch the banana boats coming into dock when I was a little girl.
I then backpacked around Europe for 6 months. That was at a time when you could travel in Europe for $10 a day, including your accommodation and meals. That was one of the greatest experiences of my life and I would recommend travelling to any young person. It’s an education it itself to see how the other half lives.
I have been involved in the MLM industry on and off for over 40 years and know all the pitfalls. I have also had extensive experience in training people. I enjoy helping others learn and reach their goals and will do everything possible to make sure that happens for the people that join me.
I believe in integrity and trust. They are very important to me.
Two favorite sayings of mine are:
“You can’t lead the people if you don’t love the people. You can’t save the people if you won’t serve the people”.
“Ordinary things consistently done produce extraordinary results”.

Thanks David:
Ben is very easy to work with and will make sure that you get what you are looking for. One of my mentors has suggested that I have two blogs — one dealing with the business/marketing side of things and the other dealing with my health interests. In retrospect, I think he is right, so I am going to take off my health blog posts and start up another blog strictly for health matters. You get advice coming at you from all angles, that sometimes you just don’t know which way is up!!
I had a great day today and I hope you did too!
